WSOP : 3 times world champ

Max Pescatori was born in1971 in Milan, Italy. Like many of us, he learned poker at a young age by playing friendly games around the house with family and friends, but it wasn’t until 1999 that he began to play for a living by playing Seven Card-Stud. Eventually some other, friendly players convinced him that he should be playing Hold ‘Em, so he took their advice and started playing $15 - $30 Limit Hold ‘Em. Befriending such names as Jennifer Harmon and fellow Italian player Valta Farina, who would both helped him to improve his game, Pescatori quickly honed his skills and rose through the ranks of the poker elite. In 2001 he won a seat in an online satellite for EPT Aruba, and in 2003 he won two events at the World poker Challenge in Reno, Nevada. Many consider 2005 to be his best year; this is the year he cashed in 6 different World Series of poker events. To date, he has cashed over 100 times in major tournaments throughout the world, and has amassed over $2.5 million in career earnings - this includes 23 cashes and two bracelets at the WSOP for over $1.3 million in WSOP earnings.
